Artisan Coarse Grater Red

This coarse grater produces very small pieces or flecks of the food it's working on. It's particularly effective with hard cheeses (such as Asiago, Parmesan or Romano) and ginger, pears, coconut and apple, to name but a few foods.

Graters of the Microplane Artisan Series are dishwasher safe and feature plastic ergonomic handles in a variety of colours. This allows you to achieve greater kitchen efficiency by colour-coding the four different blades in the series.
