For all orders over $100 we offer free shipping. A flat rate of $10 shipping applies to all orders under $100. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large orders or deliveries to remote locations. Express delivery will incur additional charges, depending on the total weight of the order.
Shipping Method
Australia Post eParcel is a door to door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses and PO Boxes. When shipping to a business address ensure that you specify the business name. All orders must be signed for on delivery. If no one is home when delivery takes place then a card will be left and the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.
Special Orders
Certain items are not kept in stock - this will be clearly indicated on the item page. If part of your order is a special order item then your entire order will be despatched in one shipment. Please be aware that there the rest of your order will be delayed until the special order item comes into stock.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within one working day of the order being placed (except for special orders). Please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered.
Order Status and Tracking
You can follow the fulfilment status of your order from the My Account section of our website. After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. This email will provide you with an Australian eParcel tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order at http://auspost.com.au/track.
